Universo Pier is a vibrant plaza located on a pier, designed to bring together lifestyle, culture, and community in a dynamic waterfront environment. The project features a curated selection of commercial spaces, including a clothing store, tattoo studio, barbershop, convenience store, and a trophy shop.

The objective was to create a cohesive urban space on the pier where each establishment maintains its own strong visual identity while contributing to a unified architectural and atmospheric composition. Special attention was given to layout design, material definition, storefront detailing, and environmental storytelling to enhance realism and immersion.

Set against the pier setting, the plaza combines commercial functionality with a distinctive coastal atmosphere, creating a lively social hub that feels both grounded and visually engaging.
